Current Opportunities

Program Coordinator

Location: Open (Travel as required)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers welcome)

Probation: 3 months

Role Overview

We seek a passionate Program Coordinator to coordinate field activities, manage outreach, and handle digital communication. You'll work with schools, colleges, and communities to deliver nature camps, workshops, and awareness programs while maintaining our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and conduct programs: nature camps, field visits, workshops, and awareness sessions
  • •Engage with schools, colleges, and partner organizations
  • •Manage digital presence – social media, storytelling, and documentation
  • •Support outreach and stakeholder communication
  • •Travel for programs, events, and collaborations

Required Qualifications

  • ✓Graduation in any discipline
  • ✓Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • ✓Genuine interest in environment, sustainability, and education
  • ✓Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently
  • ✓Willingness to travel and work outdoors

Preferred Skills

Photography, videography, content writing, graphic design, or event organization experience.
